Glossary
Storage inside an enclosed building. May or may not include climate control or heating.
Indoor storage means the vehicle is inside a fully enclosed building, typically a warehouse-style structure or dedicated storage facility. Indoor protects from rain, snow, UV, hail, falling debris, and direct freeze exposure. Basic indoor (no climate control) keeps the temperature within ~5-10 degrees of outside but blocks weather. Heated indoor maintains a minimum temperature (typically 45-55°F) preventing freeze damage. Climate-controlled indoor adds humidity regulation. Almost always more expensive than covered or outdoor.
Basic indoor typically runs $150-$400/month; heated indoor $200-$500/month; climate-controlled indoor $250-$800/month, all scaled by bay size.
